Last week, I shared this iced ginger tea lemonade that I’ve been drinking all summer.
Today, I’m sharing another one of my favorite summer drinks, an iced green tea lemonade!

I drink a cup of green tea almost every day. Besides being full of antioxidants, it’s also a staple in some of the world’s Blue Zones, like Okinawa, Japan. (1)
Honestly, I’ll drink a cup of hot tea almost any day- even if it’s 90 degrees and the AC’s out- but some days, I want something a little more refreshing, and this is perfect for those days.
You can enjoy one on your balcony on a warm afternoon, or make a pitcher to share with your friends!

Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
1 bag organic green tea
1-2 cups lemonade (I used this Meyer Lemonade from Califia Farms)
1-2 handfuls of ice
Drizzle of raw, organic honey
Lemon slices for garnish
Directions
Brew the tea according to the package directions, then let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
Add the ice cubes to a 24 oz mason jar, then add a drizzle of honey.
Carefully pour the hot tea over the ice, then add the lemonade.
Stir gently, then add a few lemon slices.
Enjoy!
