I'm a certified Personal Trainer, fitness instructor, and Behavior Change Specialist here to help you feel your best inside and out!

When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in keeping things simple.

I believe in making small, sustainable changes, rather than drastic, unsustainable ones.​

Living a healthy lifestyle isn't about being "perfect." It's about doing more of what supports your goals, and less of what doesn't. It's as simple as that!

Facts About Me:
  • I love Disney (the music, the movies, the parks, all of it!)

  • I'm obsessed with dogs

  • I studied English in college (because I was good at writing, and didn't know what else to choose...)

  • Cardio kickboxing is my favorite workout (I first fell in love with it while working out with my mom around 8 or 9)

  • I've been gluten-free since 2018 (although I've made a few exceptions...)

  • My all-time favorite Disney movie is Cinderella, and coincidentally, that's what my sister wanted my parents to name me
