It’s 94° out today, and besides going for a swim in the Arctic Ocean, nothing on earth sounds more refreshing than blasting the AC, and sipping on this frozen strawberry mango lemonade.

A frozen strawberry lemonade is one of those classic summer drinks that always tastes so refreshing on a hot day. My friends and I used to LIVE on McDonald’s frozen strawberry lemonade in the summer, but you can make this 3-ingredient version in less time than it takes to go to the drive-thru, plus it's better for you!
Frozen Strawberry Mango Lemonade
Makes two servings (or one if you don't feel like sharing)
Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen organic strawberry and mango chunks (if mango's not your thing, pineapple is a great swap!)
1-2 cups pure coconut water
2-3 cups lemonade (I used the Meyer Lemonade from Califia Farms)
Directions
Add the frozen strawberry and mango chunks to a blender, then add enough coconut water to cover the fruit halfway.
Add enough lemonade to cover the fruit completely.
Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses (the mixture will be pretty thick, so you might need to use a rubber spatula to get it into the glasses).
Put your feet up, and enjoy!
